HEVA member James Keppeler, with HEVA Lab director Dr. Hugo Reyes-Centeno, presented “Classrooms to Caves: Community and Collaborative Approaches in the Archaeology of the Southern Philippines” at the University of Kentucky’s UNITE Research Priority Area Research Showcase. The work highlights HEVA’s community-engaged and collaborative archaeological fieldwork in Mindanao, Philippines.
